What Causes Premature Aging of the Women's Skin


Besides the age factor, many external factors causing premature aging is determined by environmental and lifestyle lived every day. Therefore, it is important for us to evaluate whether we have been running a healthy lifestyle or not? Below are some of the main factors causing the premature aging:

1. Smoking Habits

Being active or passive smokers, both are equally unhealthy because cigarette smoke will easily damage the skin. Research has proven that exposure to cigarette smoke led to a growing number of wrinkles on the face and make the skin becomes dry. This happens because of cigarette smoke absorb vitamin C levels in the body that works to keep skin moist and supple.

2. Exposure to Sunlight
Unprotected skin to sunlight will easily stained by spots, wrinkles and becomes dull. Make sure you apply sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher even when the air is cloudy. Clouds do not protect the skin from ultra violet light exposure.

3. Lack of Exercise
With regular exercise can help build muscle and accelerate blood circulation. With a healthy body, you would be happier and often smiling. In addition, strong body that always displays the figure of the young.

4. Consuming Alcohol

Alcohol can magnify the tiny blood vessels in your skin, causing increased blood flow near the skin surface. If this happens continuously, it will be damaged blood vessels, resulting in rupture of vessels on the surface of the skin.

5. Stress
Meditation, yoga, moderate exercise can help reduce your stress levels. When stress is reduced then arise feel more happy, facial expressions are no longer depressed and not too fast wrinkles appear.

6. Lack of Sleep
Lack of sleep will make your body feel tired easily and your face also looks tired. This can cause dark circles around the eyes and dull skin. Research has proven that the human body to function optimally when adequate sleep at night for 7-8 hours. Reduce your intake of caffeine during the day, and do not eat at night. Do not eat again two hours before going to bed and familiarize to sleeping in the same hour every night.
